Watch: 2 Years Warranty
We guarantee that your watch will not exhibit any manufacturing defects within two years from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers any defective watches from the date of receiving the shipment. If your watch stops working, please contact us (link: enquiries@burlapwatch.com) and we will guide you through the whole process.
We must clarify that the warranty does not cover any general wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect operation, negligence or repair failure. The warranty also does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized distributors or dealers.
If you are located in Hong Kong, any warranty-related shipping costs will be refunded. For other countries and regions, please be informed that after we clarify that your watch is within the warranty period, the warranty-related shipping costs to customers will be not be refunded.
Please also note that all returns/warranty packages are still the responsibility of the customer until we receive it. Therefore, we recommend that you take the necessary precautions to safely ship your watch by using registered and traceable services with appropriate packaging.
